Registration fee (non-refundable, payable at the point of registration): £80

Deposit (payable at the point of acceptance of a place): £750

School fees per term for the 2024-2025 academic year are:

'Ducklings' Kindergarten

Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2 

£4620 (includes lunch)

Years 3, 4, 5, 6 

£4750 (includes lunch)

There are three terms in each academic year.

School fees must be paid in full by the first day of term or in three equal instalments. Payments must be made by bank transfer. If you have more than one child in the school, the second and subsequent siblings will receive a fee discount of 5%.

St. Helen's College currently accepts the London Borough of Hillingdon Free Early Education Entitlement (15 hours of funding) for children who are entitled to it. However, St. Helen's College charges full time termly fees to cover the costs of the additional activities and education that school offers beyond standard childcare. 

During the Early Years, you may also use a Tax-Free Childcare Account to pay school fees. After your child's 5th birthday, a Tax-Free Childcare Account may not be used to pay school fees, but may still be used to pay for Wraparound Care provided on the school premises.

The school does not accept the 30 hours of mean-tested funding.

Please note that the after-school and holiday clubs end at 6 p.m. and that a late-collection fee of £10 per 15 minutes, or part thereof, is charged.

Music Lessons

Individual instrumental and singing lessons are charged at £24.50 per 30 minute lesson.

At Lower School, these lessons are 20 minutes in duration and the charge is £16.50.
