Our greatest strength lies in our staff - a remarkably talented, caring and dedicated team. Our teachers, many of whom are subject specialists, share a passion for education, and although we already have high levels of expertise and experience, we are constantly invigorating and renewing the way we teach.

We run regular meetings where teachers share ideas and develop ways to introduce innovation and freshness to the school in order to stimulate learning, and we invest heavily in continuous professional development.

The teachers are supported by a highly qualified and very experienced group of classroom assistants. Staff:pupil ratios are high, and the resulting close attention ensures maximal benefit for the children. Right across the staff – teachers, assistants and support staff – there is exceptional teamwork and collegiality, a strong sense of vocation, and a shared passion to provide the highest levels of care and education.
