School traffic causes congestion and pollution in the local area, so we are keen to promote ‘green’ forms of travel. We have a LiftShare website through which parents may link up with others in their area to arrange lift sharing. We have cycle sheds at the school, and encourage children to cycle or walk to school if they possibly can. To reduce traffic congestion we have a number of arrangements in place, details of which are sent to parents regularly.
