The children have been busy rehearsing and are looking forward to performing ‘Gimme, Gimme, Gimme’ to all of you next Thursday with Year 3.
The arrangements for next week are detailed below.
Monday 28th November
Children come to school in their PE kits, bringing a snack in a small disposable bag and a water bottle. We will be rehearsing at All Saints Church Hall during the day, but back at school for lunch and lunchtime clubs as normal.
NB Please make sure that the children have ALL of their costume in school by this date.
Tuesday 29th November
All children to come to school in their PE kits as usual. Boys do not need to wear football jerseys or bring football boots as rehearsals will take place in the afternoon.
Wednesday 30th November
The children should come to school at the normal time, bringing their snack and a reading book with them in their school bag. They will go to the Winston Churchill Hall in Ruislip by coach to rehearse all day. They will need to come to school in their PE kits and they will take their costumes from school to change into whilst there. They will then bring their costumes home at the end of the day. A packed lunch, including a bottle of water, will be provided for all the children.
Thursday 1st December (morning)
The children should be dropped at the Winston Churchill Hall in Ruislip between 8.00 and 8.30 a.m. They will need to wear their costume and bring their PE kit in their PE bag, to change into later. They should bring a small snack in a disposable bag and a water bottle. The children will return to school by coach in time for lunch.
Thursday 1st December (evening)
The children should be dropped at the Winston Churchill Hall by 6.45pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 6.30pm as there will be no supervision available before that time.
We would like to thank you all again for all your support with the costumes and helping the children to learn the songs. We look forward to seeing you all on Thursday evening for what we hope will be a very enjoyable production.
