Head's Blog - The Most Wonderful Time Of The YearPosted on: 15/12/2017
I would like to extend my warmest best wishes to the St. Helen’s College community for a peaceful, happy and healthy Christmas holiday. It is hard to believe how quickly this year has gone, let alone this first term of the academic year. I am well informed that it is not an age thing when life tends to speed up, as the children have also commented on how quickly the time has flown by!
It is a testament to all pupils and staff that we have had such a superb term of learning and so many activities to enrich the experiences for your children. Every week the children embrace new challenges and opportunities and each day I am sure they learn something new about themselves – and we do too, as we observe and respond to the children and keep our learning alive.
Wherever you are spending the holiday season and whomever you are spending it with, please do take time to reflect on this last year and be grateful for all that we have and for all of the experiences we have shared together.
With warmest festive wishes and gratitude to you all for the continued support you give St. Helen’s College.
